Pepub day isn't actually a national holiday. It's actually something that my mom and her friends made up in college. I'm not exactly sure what for, but they made it up for some reason. And it has stuck with our family ever since.
Pepub day is a holiday where at the begining of the day, you say happy pepub day. There is no specail meaning to it, but our family likes to see who can be the first one to say it. I personaly think that it is really fun to do it.
Pepub day happens once every month. It is the same day as it is the month. So, if it is October, which is the tenth month, then pepub day will be October tenth. It really is a fun thing to do, and it is really fun to do it when it also falls on another holiday. That way you half-celebrate it too. I am looking for a countdown timer that you can set for that reason.
